FAQ

Frequently asked questions about procedural support.

What exactly does a process facilitator do?
A case manager handles the organizational aspects of your case: organizing documents, keeping track of deadlines and appointments, explaining procedures in a way that is easy to understand, accompanying you to appointments, and coordinating between you, the authorities, and your cooperating lawyer. They are your dedicated contact person throughout the entire process.
Does a procedural facilitator need to be a licensed lawyer?
No. As long as the process facilitator does not provide legal advice in individual cases, but rather offers organizational support, a license to practice law is not required. The actual legal service—legal review, assessment, and representation—is provided by the cooperating lawyer. This division of tasks is precisely what keeps the facilitation within permissible limits.
Is procedural support considered legal advice?
No. The support itself is not legal advice. If your case requires legal review or representation, the cooperating lawyer will be involved. This way you receive both: practical support and, where necessary, legal protection.
Does the companion replace the lawyer?
No — he complements it. The assistant takes care of the organizational aspects and is always available; the lawyer handles the legal matters. Together, they fully cover your case without you having to coordinate multiple parties yourself.
What does the support service cost — and what about the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is free and without obligation. The costs of the actual support depend on the scope and initial situation and will be discussed transparently beforehand. A significant advantage: There are no legal fees for organizational matters—the lawyer is only involved specifically for legal issues.
In which procedures do you provide support?
Our focus areas are EU driving licenses, EU insolvency, and setting up a business abroad. We also assist with other official and cross-border procedures—with our own offices in Germany and Dublin. We'll determine if we can help you with your specific needs in an initial consultation.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We will usually get back to you within 24 hours of your inquiry — confidentially and without obligation. For urgent matters, please contact us directly by phone.
Is there a guarantee for the outcome of the proceedings?
No. A guarantee would be irresponsible. The goal is a transparent assessment of your situation and a structured, supported process — with legal protection where legally required.
